We want you to be happy with Yarzu. Because it’s a one-time purchase with no subscription, our refund policy is simple.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
If Yarzu isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your license fee in full. You don’t need to give a reason, and there are no hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
Either:
- Email us at knowmedeeper@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or
- Use the LemonSqueezy customer portal to look up your order.
Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
A note about your AI provider
The Yarzu license fee is the only thing we can refund. Any credit you bought directly from your AI provider (the prepaid balance you top up to generate content) is governed by that provider’s own policy and is not something we can refund on their behalf.
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests that fall outside the 14-day window or that show signs of abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity or license sharing). [Confirm exception wording against applicable consumer-protection law before launch.]
